Delete your Kinto account and data.

Use either option below to permanently delete your Kinto account and the associated data. You do not need to reinstall or access the app to submit a request.

Before you continue: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. If you only want to change notifications or profile details, you can do that in Kinto settings instead.

Delete in Kinto

If you can sign in, you can delete your account immediately from the app or Kinto website.

  1. Sign in to Kinto.
  2. Open Profile.
  3. Choose Account & Data.
  4. Select Delete Account and follow the confirmation steps.

Request account deletion

If you cannot sign in or no longer have Kinto installed, submit this form to prepare a deletion request for Unmasked Culture Foundation.

Use the email address associated with the account you want deleted.
Do not include your password, journal entries, or health data.

Until our secure web submission service is connected, this form opens a prepared email in your email app. Send it from the address associated with your Kinto account. We may request reasonable identity verification.

What is deleted

After your request is verified, your Kinto account and associated data covered by our deletion process are removed from active systems, including:

  • account and profile information, preferences, and uploaded profile photo;
  • daily checklist progress, goals, and streaks;
  • journal reflections, mood entries, water intake, workouts, weight, and BMI records;
  • Circle memberships, messages, reactions, mentions, and saved encouragement; and
  • notification subscriptions and Kinto notification preferences.

Retention and timing

Limited information may remain temporarily in backups, security records, or records Unmasked Culture Foundation must retain for legal purposes. Retained information is not used to continue providing or marketing Kinto to you.

Deletion is permanent. Your account and deleted data cannot be restored.
